A new study has just come out stating that riders of electric bikes will get more exercise (eg. higher BMI) than you would riding a normal bicycle. This is not a shock for us who commute, ride and have fun on one. But this news will come as a shock to all who ride.

We have talked about excuses before and we are right. E-bikes are no longer just for the lazy. They are becoming a tool of health for all.
